Admission at Evergreen is rolling — we review applications as they arrive and admit until a grade fills. Most families begin with a tour, and most decisions are made within two weeks of a completed file.
Tours run during the school day so you see classrooms in normal operation. Plan on about an hour, and bring your child if the grade allows it.
The application is online and takes most families under thirty minutes. The application fee is AED 500.
We request the two most recent report cards or transcripts, plus one recommendation from a current teacher.
Applicants spend a day with the grade they would join. Faculty meet afterward to discuss fit — for the student and for the class.
Decisions are sent by email, usually within two weeks. Enrollment is confirmed by a signed contract and deposit. An AED 7,500 enrolment deposit, applied to tuition, is due within ten days of the offer.
Fees are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) for the 2026–27 academic year.
| Division | Grades | Annual Tuition |
|---|---|---|
| Early Learners | Ages 3–5 | AED 48,000 |
| Lower School | K–5 | AED 62,000 |
| Middle School | 6–8 | AED 74,000 |
| High School | 9–12 | AED 89,000 |
A limited number of means-tested bursaries are offered each year, assessed confidentially and with no bearing on the admissions decision.
Many Evergreen families are sponsored. With a written undertaking, tuition can be invoiced directly to a sponsoring embassy, ministry, or employer, and receipts issued accordingly.
Most Evergreen families arrive from another country, often mid-year, and we are used to it. We assess English readiness by interview or a short online task, place students quickly, and guide families through UAE residence-visa and KHDA transfer registration. Records are accepted in any language, with certified translation arranged if needed.
Families still abroad are welcome to begin with a virtual tour — email admissions@evergreenprep.academy and we will find a time across the time difference.
In their own words.
“We move every few years for my husband's posting. Evergreen is the first school our daughter didn't dread starting — they had her settled and known within a week.”
“I used to hate writing. In Ms. Hartley's class we revise everything, and for the first time I actually care what the final draft says.”
“Evergreen made me defend an argument out loud, every week. My first year at university, that felt like a superpower.”
Admission is rolling, but grades fill. Families applying for a fall start are best served by visiting in the preceding autumn or early winter.
Yes, when there is space and when a mid-year move is right for the student. with the exception of the senior year
We use a short, age-appropriate assessment for placement, not for gatekeeping — the visit day carries more weight than any single score.
We have a learning specialist in each division and can support mild-to-moderate differences with accommodations; we are not able to provide dedicated one-to-one aides.
We coordinate carpools among families by neighborhood; we do not run our own bus routes.
Evergreen is accredited by the Council of International Schools and licensed by Dubai's KHDA, most recently reviewed in 2023.
Tours run most weekday mornings during the school year.
